Before

This was a tired, abandoned property that needed some work. Inside, it had ceiling stains from the condo unit above it and a dark, slightly outdated, interior. 

 

After

The kitchen and baths were upgraded with new cabinets, floors, fixtures, tiles and appliances. All the flooring was cleaned, the entire space was freshly painted while the plumbing issues were addressed and successfully fixed.
